Hey there! We're Moshera (left) and Alan (right), the duo behind BeduTheBus. Since February 2023, we've been cruising full-time in our converted school bus, Bedu. It's named after 'bedouin,' meaning desert nomad in Arabic, a nod to Moshera's Egyptian roots. Inspired by tiny living, we ditched the 9-5 grind for freedom and adventure.

We rented out our house, left traditional jobs, and embarked on a journey to live life on our terms. Our blog shares our unfiltered journey—from buying a pre-converted bus to adding our touch, detailing skoolie living, national parks, and travel hacks. No fluff, just real talk. Join us on this unconventional, messy, and real adventure.

Cheers, Moshera & Alan 🚌✨

Who We Are

We are a couple of travel enthusiasts who decided to skip the DIY frenzy and put our hustling skills to work to purchase a converted school bus. BeduTheBus is our platform to share our journey and inspire others to embrace the nomadic lifestyle, even if DIY isn't an option for you. We share our experiences, tips, and help you plan your next adventure.

Our journey into bus life unexpectedly unfolded into a newfound sense of freedom and we are now on a journey towards self-employment. Alan, having transitioned from firefighting, is now passionately immersed in his love for photography, capturing moments on the road that truly speak to the soul. Meanwhile, Moshera brings her eight years of recruiting and HR experience into the mix, on a mission to assist fellow nomads in finding remote work. Drawing from her insights, she shares valuable perspectives on navigating the workplace in the nomadic lifestyle.
